• Validation of the Quality Certificate in accordance  with  ISO 9001 and VDA 6.1 standards was proven successful by the quality surveillance audit conducted in our company on 27.4.–28.4.2010 by the certification company TÜV CERT

• At present, our company is preparing for quality certification in accordance with ISO TS 16 949 standard, certification will take place in the first half of 2011

• On 12/2/2010, our company was successfully recertified by the company EURO CERT CZ, a.s., and thereby we have once again defended the establishment and maintenance of the Environmental Management Systems Certificate meeting the requirements of  ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 in the field of production and sales of precision plastic moulding using injection technology 

         DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR 2010
       

          IT field

• Company management has decided to commence the Innovation in IT project focused on acquiring a new information system with the support of EDI communication and barcodes, including HW necessities. The project should be implemented under the support of EU funds. The 1st part of the implementation of the new IS should be completed by 30/6/2011 at the latest

        Production area, logistics and technology at BÖHM PLAST-TECHNIK a.s.

• In September, the production capacity will by expanded by the ENGEL 1350/300 injection moulding with a robot, complete with PIOVAN drying facilities. Thereby, the total number of moulds will increase to 14 pcs with a clamping force range of 200–1,500 tonnes

• Within the scope of acquiring new projects from the significant customer HELLA, the workplace for mounting VW POLO + CADDY headlight cases is being expanded with completion in 09/2010

• To ensure the requirements of VIP customers in the AUTOMOTIVE sector, preparations have been commenced for a “3D measuring” workplace with installation of measuring instruments in 09/2010

• Within the scope of optimum utilisation of production operation conditions, the demanding task of moving BATTENFELD 1000t and ENGEL 700t presses was executed in July with the objective of maximum effectiveness and efficiency of technological conditions and adaptation to the needs of customers, in particular the requirements of the new VOLVO project for MAHLE Behr Industry GmbH

• In order to expand the logistics area in the base operation Bezděkov, the loading ramp was reconstructed with an additional 300 m2 of new storage and handling area in the 29th calendar week
